RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchange or return once your order is confirmed. We will be practicing our standard company protocol that is to not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order.
EXCEPTIONAL CASES
– If the garment ordered from Vibha Amitt is not received in good condition, that is, damaged or defective
– If the garment has issue against the client specifications, for eg size issue, color issue etc. and the issue should be informed within 18 hours of receiving the garment.
While returning the outfit, it has to be in its original state, that is unused and properly packed in original packing. Once we receive the garment, accepting the return and/or exchange of garment lies with Vibha Amitt team.
Incase Team Vibha Amitt approves return and/or exchange, a credit note with be issued with maximum validity of 6 months. Credit note will be issued on MRP, It should be noted that we do not offer any return or exchanges on discounted outfits.
